Daniel J Biography
Our company takes advantage of a synergistic collaboration between a Licensed General Contractor, Daniel J Longsdorf, and a Licensed Electrical Contractor, Doug Lemirande.
Daniel J started his career in heavy construction, high rises, heavy civil, Dams and Highways. Building dams with hydro turbine generators have been an inspiration as Daniel designed and built his first hydro turbine model as a teenager using the concept of a farm pond as the supply.
Working the last 20+ years as a "Built-Green" custom builder designing and building energy efficient homes, Daniel was building green when it was not the "in" thing to do. Many of his colleagues had some nick-names for him, like "tree hugger", "greenie weenie", etc.
Daniel is a member of CMAA (Construction Management Association of America) and PMI (Project Management Institute).
